Title: Lost Recipe-----Help

To Anybody
A while back (last year I think) There was a recipe posted (by Stew I think) of a curry he done without using a base gravy, but still had that BIR taste, Search as I may, No luck so far, can anyone remember the recipe and where the blazes it's hiding. Your help would be much appreciated, Thanks
