Hey folks,
i've been browsing this excellent forum for a couple of years, and have improved my amateur BIR curry skills no end thanks to yourselves  :)
Just wanted to say hello, and thanks for the great posts, pics and videos.
Not a prolific poster, but a confirmned curry head willing to contribute.
I thought I had my base /currys sorted, untill I saw the 'cooking lessons with Az' thread  ;)
Thanks again for renewing my thirst for learning all things curry.

Hello to a long time lurker (i was one too for quite a while).  Glad you enjoyed the Zaal experience, we did too ;D. Have you cooked or used  anything from it yet?
