Thanks CurryHell, I did CA's Madras already and it hit the spot - just right, best Madras I've ever made. The only addition was my habit of adding methi leaves to everything...well the box is so big I want to use them   ;)

Heheh, glad it's not just me then! They just seem to melt in to the curry and make it 'right'...Phall after the pub sounds awesome...yet explosive!
