Went to a friends last night and made the above to go with the food his wife was making Crab Soup, Yuk Sung, Lemon Chicken and boiled rice.

Yeah everybody enjoyed everything, well nothing left at the end of the night, the Keema Peas was the most popular.
Wow, some guys are seriously keen. Last night I cooked roast pork, roast potatoes, batter pudding, stuffing, carrots, beans and gravy, and by the time I had finished I had no energy left to eat !

Would appreciate some feedback on the brinjal when you get a chance in the recipe thread if possible. I believe you're the first to have tried it. Thanks
