have done comparison with my rajah hot madras curry powder:

   Eastern Star   Rajah
Turmeric            1   2
mustard            2   3
coriander            3   1
fenugreek   4   7
wheat flour   5   n/a
salt                   6   10
chillies           7   4
fennel           8   11
cumin           9   6
onion         10   n/a
bengal gram   n/a   5
black pepper   n/a   8
garlic           n/a   9

just looking at the top 4 ingredients - shows they are very different powders. the cumin and bengal gram (black chickpea) also jump out.

we need a supplier!
