Afternoon ladies and gents!
I have recently joined after a recomendation from a friend to get signed up on here and have a mooch about. I have done and i must say im really impressed with the knowledge and information available :-)
i can start having a crack at a proper curry now!
With only being 22 im hoping a few "senior" members can guide me on the correct path! ;D

I know this isn't curry but you could do worse than starting off with a lovely Tikka.
easy to make and bl00dy deeelicious. good to also add to your final curry sauce :)

Cheers guys! Ive already been sniffin around the site to get started with a good simple curry base an im set on CA's ???? for the moment... Im yet to have a go but hopefully ill hav time tomorrow... Then let the curries comence!! :-)

Go for it Jay. CA's recipes are well written and easy to follow and deliver superb results. However, don't overlook ChewyTikkas. These come with the added advantage of videos, showing you how. A picture paints a thousand words, so what does a video paint ::) ;D ;D. Let us know how you get on mate.
