Hello all.

Just joined tody, looking to connect with like minded curry fanatics. I moved to dallas, tx, 10 years ago with work from London and have yet to find any decent eateries in Texas, so tend to make my own. Even started a highly 'exclusive' curry club with some neighbours, just for cooking and drinking kingfsiher beer. My cooking is still pretty basic, so looking to develop it out!

Welcome Boldbadger. Sure you'll soon be able to impress the yanks with your curry cooking skills. Since few of them know what a proper bir curry tastes like  you've the upper hand ;D. Keep us posted on the results and  on how things develop. And watch they don't corrupt your english with their Americanisms :o. Develop out indeed ;)

Welcome

a neighbourhood curry club! what a great way to get to know the neighbours. You should be able to find a reciepe or two on this site to get you lot cooking away.

Dont forget to post some pics of the groups curries
