Hello, As a big curry takeaway fan the only downside of living in a remote village is that the nearest Takeaway is 18 miles away so I recently tried a BIR recipe and not only was it the best curry I have ever made but quite possibly the best BIR Curry I have ever tasted, looking foreward to many more
all the best
Paul.

The only one i have been to is the Valley,
its across from the market.
They have a good name.

Its a long way to go but if your passing on you way home
it may be worth a try :) or cook you own BIR curry using this site lots of info on here
the first thing to do is pick a base something like this one would be a good place to start

After cooking I just pop it into plastic takeaway containers around 300-400ml a time
and then into the freezer.
Then pick you main dish etc etc if i can be of any help just ask or post to this site,
there is also some helpfull books too.
Also forgot to say there are some nice tikka recipes on here too even so if you dont
do the full BIR curry there is lots on this site to indulge in ;)
regards graeme.
