hi guys i made some sheek last night preped the day before i cooked them for about 5 mins nice and tasty but very dry the mince i used was very lean keema lamb mince should i have added oil to the mixture before cooking they were grilled under oven many thanks ::)

Glad to hear they were tasty mate. Next time use fresh ordinary supermarket mince and NOT lean mince and they'll turn out juicy as well as tasty. Its the fat in the mince that keeps it moist while it is cooking. Have a look at Razor's thread on Sheek kebabs. There is loads of information, tips and others experiences in it, including the tip not to use lean mince just ordinary supermarket stuff >:(

No worries DC. I look forward to your next report on kebabs with even better results than the first. Do read Razor's post though and try and get hold of some of them skewers. They make the world of difference to the end result :P :P :P
