Hi CH

I used to always order bhuna from the T/A but have never been able to replicate it at home so will give this a go looks very tasty, one other thing where did you get your balti bowls from?

A very tasty curry indeed ::).  i got my karahi from an Asian hardware shop in Green Street just down from West Ham's ground :o.  Not that i am a supporter though ;D
