Thinking of having a go at some Naan bread dough using a bread machine. Spotted some great looking Naan's on the site so wondered if anybody has had any success with this method. Im not overly confident on a result by hand.
cheers
Wayne :)

Not yet Wayne, but I don't see any reason why not, (I have just never thought of it before) same result in the end, Unless off course the powers that be know any different ;D

My thoughts exactly Hotstuff, has anybody actually tried. I think I'm gonna give Josh's version a try tonight and if successful I'll report back!

Success!!
Having waited an hour and a half for the dough cycle to finish i'm very impressed with the results. The dough was initially a bit too wet so I kept adding flour to achieve the right consistency. I then cooked it in a hot frying pan as i dont have a tava.
Finally I brushed the cooked naan with garlic butter and it was delish!!
