Title: Hello from Suffolk!

Hi all, just joined the forum and looking forward to learning more about cooking curries!

I've been cooking Indian food for many years, mostly from Pat Chapman/Curry Club books which are excellent. However in the last couple of years I've been getting more interested in cooking home style Indian food - it would be nice to see a forum added here dedicated to Indian home cooking!

Other than Indian, I love all kinds of Asian food especially the spicy styles like Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese and so on!

Doh! I just noticed there already is a forum for traditional/homestyle Indian cooking lol! Brilliant what a great site!
