I was just about to make some Kashmiri Garlic Chutney when I read this post.  have not previously made it but it sounded interesting!

Kashmiri Garlic Chutney
An exceedingly powerful and potent chutney which tastes superb and keeps for months.

INGREDIENTS

450g light brown sugar
