Title: New programme on bbc 1 "spice britain"

hi guys just finished watching this new programme think it's a series on sunday afternoons, it's called SPICE BRITAIN, a great watch shame it's only 30 minutes long lol.

also check out the guy that was the first customer in to a restaurant in mancherster when it first opened in the 1950's and is still eating there!

Interesting programme :)

Why not have both Hotstuff? Steak Sandwich with a curry sauce on top?  ;) lol

link much appreciated - had missed the programme.

the lady is a real top act on the Apollo comedy roadshows.

the author, Claudia Roden was something new for me. will have to look into her books.

watched this last night on my PC. Is this on again next Sunday? if so what time?

Found it most interesting, it's funny how regions vary, I have never seen a Chesney down here in the South :)

Are there any more in the series, Rich ?  I have just been to the BBC web site, and it looks as if the programme was a one-off.
