"British Indian Restaurant" : probably the best Indian food you will find outside of the sub-continent !

I presume you mean how do you make the final dishes from this base. If so, Chewy has a number of accompanying recipes, most of which are in the 'video' section.

Ray has also posted a stunning Rogan Josh that uses Chewy's base: http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=5950.0 (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=5950.0)

Cheers Ranirez, still finding my way around site and understanding all the terms etc.

Even after making the base it still looks as if i need a lot to do/purchae to make garlic/ginger puree, the 3 paste stuff ??

Not sure how i do this and will it keep/freeze ??

What is a simple finished dish to make from my base ?

Cheers

The good news is that things like the base, garlic/ginger puree, bunjara/onion puree, tomato puree, etc. all freeze really well. So, you can make a big batch then freeze the excess.

As you've made Chewy's base, it makes sense to continue with one of his dishes. A good starter may be Chewy's Madras: http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=5634.0 (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=5634.0)
