Title: All day curry

Has anyone heard about the curry that takes all day to prepare? Add a spice here and there wait a bit for the right flavour then add another spice etc? I've heard of them. If anyone could shed some light on it I'd appreciate it thanks.

I've never heard of it! mind you when i first started making curries years ago they seemed to take all day!!
