As i found it interesting i though the link was worth posting, this may of interest.

A few different subjects but only lightly :-) i,e onion bhajies or are they pakoras ?
should they contains egg if not why not !

base sauce etc etc...

anyway something different read about.

Nice find. I've tried a number of recipes of Mamta's with varying degrees of success.

I do agree with the majority of what they are saying, especially regarding there being no magical secret with BIR. Regarding whether authentic curry is better than BIR curry - I think there are strong arguments both ways. I've never really made an authentic dish that is as nice as my BIR dishes, but that is probably a combination of my authentic indian cooking skills not being up to much (get far more practice at BIR) and my palate preferring BIR cuisine.

Thanks Ramirez,

Funny how some also said they like the BIR version just as much
and at times better than authentic curry ! I found the link interesting
and considering we are not moving forward now we should still keep looking :-)

I have seen a few interesting things in BIR Kitchens lately, but for the time being
we seem to be going round in circles until the next breakthrough that is.

I also give credit to Chewy for posting his base.
