Hi all,
Recently found this fantastic forum after buying the Undercover Curry book and searching for more information.
I've been reading through the Bruce Edwards articles, but the last four pages are missing - are they still available?
I've been making curries for years, acceptably, but they've always been a bit hit and miss, never the same thing twice, so looking forward to trying some of the base sauces on here.
Cheers,
Tony

Welcome, Tony :

I have a personal cache of his stuff, but I can't guarantee that it is complete; if you can give me as much information as possible about the last page that you do have, I can try to match it with what I have and see if I have a continuation.

Thanks Phil.
I've save the pages here http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=108.0 (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=108.0) up until page 5.
Pages 6-9 are missing, labelled 3b, 4a, 4b and 5a. I'd really appreciate it if you have them.
Cheers,
Tony

I think you'll find the same material here (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=1081.msg9408#msg9408), but more complete and in a more usable format.

It's probably no coincidence that Gary & I live in the same part of the world : Kentish men and men of Kent are renowned for their willingness to help others :-)

Thanks again Gary.
Have spent all weekend reading around the forum, and I'm shocked that there is so much here, and that I've not found it before.
My first proper base is simmering away as I type.
Cheers,
Tony
