yes ive been shown the whole art of indian cooking.The only ones I dont know is where chefs do their specials ,their own seceret specials ,which they dont show

You may not get a reply from ifindforu as it seemed the member was only trying to sell his wares through this site & has not come back to us since several of us questioned his intentions.
But if he is genuine he may get back to us & prove us all wrong & there will be a huge portion of humble pie for us to consume,only time will tell as with all things. :)
