Love Curry's so here I am looking for that X factor to spice up my meals I also brew my own beer which is how I found this site via a fellow member Jim's beer kit . ::)

hey dave welcome - there's several x-factor curry winners in this forum!

Would love to do home brew - what sites would you recommend?

Without a doubt Jim's beer kit forum just type it into google you can start brewing from kits and develop your hobby into full grain mash like the method micro brewers and craft brewers us like myself.
