Title: Who bought the Indian Restaurant Recipes book from amazon?

I had this reserved in my basket and someones gone and bought it  :'(

Theres another couple on there but they want 30 and 65 quid each  :o

I don't have it, but it presents a menu like you would find in a curry house and then gives the recipes for those dishes. The recipes aren't restaurant style, so I would save your money.

I have this book
It is NOT restaurant recipes at all
They are homestyle versions of restaurant meals
For example
Chicken Tikka Masala is made by marinading the chicken, then boiling the whole lot!

Vindaloo has cardamons, cinammon,cloves,mace,cumin,chili,vinegar and potatoes in it.

It's a waste of money for us lot
No curry gravy in the recipes (except one)
I actually bought my copy from America
