Hi all, Just joined.  I'm from Inverness.  I love curries but just can't cook em. Despite many failed attempts.  Hoping to pick up some tips.

Just had A wee look about. Lots to read lol. Just need some basics to get started on. Off next week so gonna give some recipes a go.
