Evening,
Wondering if anyone could help?
The missus loved the Chicken Tikka Makhani from Akbars (sheffield specifically) and am looking for a recipe.
I have done a search and seen a couple of things that look like Makhani base sauces, should I just add chicken to these?
Cheers

The first recipe on the list is from sanjeev kapoor and it's a long standing favourite of mine for chicken makhani.

I tested the link before I posted it, and I've just checked it again. It's a thread at Google Groups with a long list of recipes for Chicken Makhani. Don't you see the recipes?

Hi Guy's
How do I do a screen print? If you can explain that one to me, I can show you exactly what I see :(

Simplest way (assuming a PC and not one of Apple's abberations) :
Launch Picasa
Press "Prt Scrn"
Spot the little pop-up from Picasa and click on it
Export image
Upload image
Include BB code and re-post.

Could I not save it as a jpg and use the cr0 imaging host?
Anyway, I get the google groups screen but it is asking me to sign in?

I wasn't aware I'm signed in to Google Groups but given google's behaviour regarding a big brother type invasion of privacy, who knows? I hadn't used google groups for years but I always remembered that huge post of recipes from Tubal Cain? Is he still around, I wonder?
Here's how I got the screen print which I posted here:
1. Alt-PrtSc (hold both keys down) which captures the screen to memory. There's no proof it has, but it always seems to work.
2. Open a graphics package. I use PhotoShop. I then open a new blank doc in PhotoShop and do 'paste', whereupon the screen image appears.
3. Trim and resize to 700 or 800 pixels wide, a size suitable for here.
4. Save as a jpg
5. Post to the CR0 hosting site and link to here.

Thanks George,
I don't have any imaging software, so I've downloaded one, and hopefully, this has worked

Brilliant. You've cracked it. It may be worth signing up to google groups, just to get around the access hurdle you've encountered, not that I thought I was 'signed in'.
At the top of google.co.uk, there's links on my screen for news, images, gmail and "more".
Groups is listed under "more". Try that way in and then search for 'chicken makhani' which is what I did, yesterday, to find the thread I recalled from almost 10 years ago.

Thanks George, will take a look
