I have found this site full of interesting traditional recipes

My neighbour, who is from Mirpur, Pakistan says they are just like what she learnt to cook at home as a child, passed down from Mom. Desi Khanay.

Well, even I am inclined to investigate further now that I know that there is a BJ Administrator : "Invalid Question ID / Question has been deleted or moved by the BJ administrator."

Well if cooking with BJ helps get the last 5% we have been seeking I'm going to have to give it a go.
