Title: Pakora sauce

any suggestions would be most welcome.

i have made pakora sauce...tom ket with mint sauce etc....but my local indian restuarant serves with a yellow and its quite a sweet sauce to accompany chicken pakora...its fantastic and wonder if anyone has any ideas on what would go into making this.
id love to try this at home

Chef1707, I think I know what you are after. I have found a very tasty yellow Pakora Sauce served up in London. So if you get the answer here can you confirm and I will add it to my own list Cheers PP

Hi chef1707,

You have previously made a pakora sauce, back in Feb 2007, CA's recipe?  Are you now looking for something different, or have you just lost the recipe?  follow UB's link.

CA does describe it as a raita, but it does look more like pakora sauce to me.
