Wow glad i found this forum, been trying to cook indian for some years ,about to have lessons with a lady at night college,cannot wait, some real good reads on here already ,Many thanks Paul. ;)

I wonder if your night class will be one-off home style cooking, whereas here it's about replicating BIR curries.

thanks for welcome, i am sure the lessons will be on home style cooking , however the first 4-5 are learning the art of spices which cannot be a bad thing,will be intresting as i like to try traditional and restuarant curries and sundries cooking.
