Vindaloo, made with saffron base, CA recipe, didn't use the spiced oil, I used reclaimed oil from my previous dish, and a little ghee and veg oil. I also added some fresh chili.

That looks delicious ruth and you can't fail if, like you have, you reuse the oil from previous curries.
