Title: Samosas
Post by: haldi on August 24, 2010, 08:09 PM
I had a bash at making samosas the other day
They took ages to make
About three hours start to finish
I've never been able to get the pastry right, until now
You've got to make chapatis first
Cut them in half
Then fold them to shape
Fill, seal and fry them
I got the recipe from an Asian friend

They look great Haldi ;D Been meaning to make some for a couple of weeks but had alot on chez nous lol

I've always thought traditional home made sides/starter recipes are superior to anything you buy in a BIR :)
