Hi there fellow curry eaters!!!!!!!
It`s scarletman saying a bon appetite to all.
Just a little background of my curry conquests, currently making a Korma base (OK it`s for the wife) i`ve been making this base for a number of years now and the wife will not eat korma from a jar or T/A. not that she is fussy it`s because its not up to scratch (her words not mine). For over 25 years or more i`ve been making curries mainly hot and very hot for myself and mild ones for the misses. In my following posts i will bring to you the knowledge of the years of making a number of recipes i.e. sweet pepper bhaji, tandoori, tikka,and milder curries dishes, these will be supplied with photo`s.
Having stumbled upon this curry site I have read a few interesting recipes and will try them out. There are other curry sites but the content is not as comprehensive as this one, so well done on this site and long may it continue ;D.
