Only had 500g of mince lamb but the taste was wonderful.

Hi UF,

Great looking seekhs you got there.  Did you keep the level of the other ingredients all the same or did you reduce them to keep in meat to spice ratio?

CA seekh kebabs are top notch, and I often switch between his and mine.

Hi Razor yes i kept the same ratio of ingredients but only the mince lamb was different, the spice was excellent.

Hi UF,
they look great, did you choose to miss out the food colouring? CA`s Kebabs are great and so are yours razor...

Hi Fi5h yeah i never put any colouring into my food the other half gets some kind of reaction to red food colouring so always leave it out.
