hey UF,

You seem to be having a 'Kushi' month ;)

Once again, looks great.  Just one thing, I do like to see lots of onions in a dupiazia.  Was they in there?

There was one medium onion in there just cut up into half inch squares same has the recipe asks for but next time will make them bigger.
