To Download this video and any other torrents that you find around the web, you will need a program to handle the download for you.
Here are a few commonly used programs:
1 http://www.bitcomet.com/
2 http://www.turbotorrent.com/
3 http://azureus.sourceforge.net/
I recommend getting 'bitcomet' as it seems the most compatible that i've tested so far.
Just download it and install it, then click on this: http://thepiratebay.org/details.php?id=3387428 (With thanks to Blade1212)
then click on 'Download torrent' when it's finished just click open and it will start the download, you just have to tell it where you want to download it to.

Can I just add that Ray Graham very kindly sent me these proggies on dvd and im in the middle of watching them now. If anyone else needs them, i'd be happy to post on. It seems a shame to keep making new copies when peeps may only watch them once or twice.
So if anyone is interested in them, let me know, and i'll pass them on to the next person.

Well im posting them to Woodpecker tonight, so if you pm him with your details, im sure he can pass them on. I do this on another forum and its a great success, much better than having loads of copies hanging around in peoples houses!
-
Hi I'd very much like to borrow the copy, more than happy to pass it on once I've watched, probabbly the same day :)
-
I've PM'd woodpecker21 so as soon as he's received them, watched them, sent them to me, PM me and I'll send them onto you.

Hi All,
Judging by the demand above there are a few more of you out there that want to watch these programs.
If anyone is having a problem getting these D.V.Ds I have no problem copying them and posting. Just P.M. me your address and I will get it sorted.
Just in case I am innundated with requests can I ask those out there I have already sent to if they are able to copy the discs as well.
Regards

I have a problem, I have already been in contact with woodpecker. Since posting the original offer, I've started on my renovations and the disks are stored safely, too safely infact cos I cant find them!
So if anyone could send them to woodpecker instead pls!
Sorry folks, I did leave them out for a week or two but when no-one wanted them, they went into boxes with my other storage stuff :-/

Hi Angelina,

Received the discs from Ray (Many Thanks), watched the 1st one this evening.
The base looked more substantial than the KD base, the final dish (Chicken Balti) looked very like the kind of thing I'd expect in a restaurant.
Will be getting the ingredients ASAP to have a go at this and will post my findings on here.
-
After posting the above I went back to the DVD's to do some screen grabs of the ingredients to use as a shopping list.
I watched some more of the disc and noticed something I'd not seen on the 1st viewing.
The ginger is not peeled, even though the ingredients page says that it should be.
Can anyone else who has seen the disc confirm this, I have a screen grab I could post that may help.

Hi ian,
That's an interesting obvservation! I am not certain if I remember the narrator mentioning peeling and grating the ginger on the tape but assumed that's we are meant to peel and roughly chop it first which is what I do. Can't see the point of eating the skin as well!
Interestingly in one of Mridula Balkejar's books she tells you how to make Ginger Puree in a blender and say's there is "no need to peel it first"!!!??? Whatever floats yer boat but my preference is to get rid of the skin first.

Hi Ian,
I find the base quite similar to the K.D. one, simple and fairly bland but a good starting point to build on for getting that good final result. The Chicken Balti is very good as is the C.T.M. and gets good comments from all I have served it up too.
I might keep harping on about it but this base and subsequent recipes are great for the novice or first timer as they are uncomplicated and also smell, look and taste good enough to impress your family and friends.
Certainly worth an afternoons effort grafting over a hot cooker in my opinion.

Not to be a spoilsport or anything again, in the US they say that the ginger skin is full of pesticides and chemicals that can be removed only by peeling! But I have read in many places (not in the US) that the skin has a lot of flavor and should be kept on. I know, I am the person who is always posting bad things about your ingredients but just sharing what I have learned! Sorry!

Yes, the pesticide thing is a problem. If the ginger is fresh out of the ground and has been organically grown, then it definitely is worth using the skin. However, the way we buy it in the supermarkets, there's no way of knowing what's been sprayed on it and it's generally too old so the skin has become leathery. It's definitely better to peel it.

Watched the vegetarian disc this morning.
Spotted at the beginning while the restaurant kitchen is being shown one of the chefs skims the oil from the dish he's cooking and places it back into a large pot :)
