Hi there people just thought i would say hello. ;D
I've only been a member of this site for a couple of months this is my fist post all be it just to say hi.
I have to say from what i have seen of this web site its brilliant what ever you want to
know about bir curry its here!!
I've been a curry freak for most of my life started cooking them some 35+ years ago.
I first heard about the curry base about 7-8 years ago since then theres been no going back its the future.
 I will be posting some of my recipes in time for you all to enjoy, I'm also looking forward to testing out some of the recipes off the site.
well that's it for now Hope to post again soon. 8)

How do Brian? welcome to the site pal.  Bein a Wigan lad, you don't happen to have a recipe for a curry pie by any chance?  ;D
