A mixture of humour and cooking.  A lot of his best videos are on Facebook.  The pilau rice and cucumber raita video, for example, is very informative, I thought.  Anyway, here is the man himself on YouTube reviewing others' efforts.  I would love to watch him doing a commentary on Al's Kitchen. :)
