Title: Kashmiri lamb chops vs Balti chicken & spinach (ginger)
Post by: Kashmiri Bob on June 28, 2024, 10:05 AM
Had a few weeks off as been slightly under the weather.  Back in the kitchen now and raiding the freezer.

Defrosted overnight and marinated early this morning.  Will grill a couple tonight, to test, and BBQ the rest tomorrow, or Sunday.

Made last month and froze half of it.  Been looking forward to it.  10/10 ultra-lush.  MDB MKI.  This was the last from a series where I used hot madras curry powder for making the base's spice mix, omitting the 2 tsp chilli powder option.  This change results in medium strength curries.  But, as always, incredibly spicy, and top banana.  The ready-made roti (Asda) are not bad at all.  Will get some more when I see them.

Second BBQ this year.

Single portion.  Just needs some springy onions and dips.
