Title: Balti king prawn & chicken saag

Scored a few bags of fresh pre-washed spinach on yellow sticker recently, so some was always going to end up in a balti.

What are the small whitey/yellowey bits in the first picture, mixed in with the spinach ?  Not the great wedge of butter — I know what that is !

Garlic Phil.  The colour is from adding turmeric.  Dairy butter.  Correct.  Salted.
