After a very useful discussion with ChatGPT about local fishing spots, I asked for a BIR vindaloo recipe. I was very specific about not wanting traditional Indian.

I'm going to give it a bash and see if I can make something of it.

that actually looks decent. Looking forward to your review!
Have you cooked this yet Robbo? The AI approach is interesting. Could you also ask it how to achieve the allusive BIR missing 5%?
Not yet. Had my son fly into Chicago for the week so bit tied up but by next weekend should have a go. Itching to try.

I cooked this AI generated vindaloo last night. A different method to the usual, making the base in separate pan but it turned out a very nice curry.
Was I transported back to the magical beloved British Indian vindaloo? No.
But the resulting dish was very tasty and is an option for the times I don't have base in the freezer. I will definitely repeat this one.
Left an extra portion overnight in the fridge and just had for my elevenses and a definite improvement.

The rise of the machines comes in two stages... first, they write the recipes, then they cook the curries.
Does look pretty tasty, though :)
