Busted a couple of fingers; DIY garden fencing accident. So no fresh G/G paste for a while.
1 kg chicken wings done in the pressure cooker. No artificial colouring. Just powdered spices and G/G (also powdered). 3 or 5 wings as a starter. Not bad at all, especially when served with a ladle of the stock/sauce.

Found this in the freezer to have as a main. It's a curry. Doesn't seem that long ago when a nicely soaked lid was a regular treat with TA deliveries. The lids nowadays seem to have a shiny inside surface. Reckon I may have put this one on upside down. Also not bad at all.

Do you have a recipe for this please, Rob ? I have twice tried cooking chicken wings in the past few days, the first time in the halogen oven and the second in the deep-fat fryer — neither was a success, so I would be interested in trying your method / recipe ...
