Extra heat from the chilli tomato (pizza) sauce
Misty Ricardo pre-cooked chicken
Leftover pizza topping (unused onion, capsicum and 1 single slice of mushroom from pizza night mid-week)
Fresh tomato
Coriander leaf and stalk
Not pictured (salt about 1 tsp)
This dish was absolutely delicious. Served with leftover Lamb Balti, Navratan, Yellow rice (turmeric and chicken akhni stock) and Chickpea flour roti.
Mrs L also added sauerkraut but she's been a bit odd these days.
So this wasn't actually a pizza ? I am mightily relieved ...
No Phil. In fact it's just a curry but some of the pre-cut vegetables and the spicy tomato sauce were remnants of Wednesdays pizza night. My daughter and her partner have recently purchased a 16" Ooni and they were keen to feed us some pizza. I have to say I was impressed with the oven.
