Title: MDB’s Birmingham Balti Gravy: Al Frash

To spec.  Tej patta. Optional chilli powder included.

Blended.  I left it to cool overnight.  Then, a good mix, prior to freezing about 2/3 of it.

Remaining gravy after adding some water to thin. Used to make Balti Chicken (Mick's recipe).

Planned to use fresh chicken.  Had 500 g (yellow sticker) diced chicken ready.  However, when I taste-tested the gravy decided to pre-cook all of it (in the gravy).  Unfortunately no photos of the Balti Chicken.  In too much of a rush to eat it!

Balti Chicken and Mushroom is on the menu this evening, so will take a few pics.  I think I will have it with home made Keto Roti.
