Been looking for a site to help me improve my curry making and ensure consistency. I am hoping this site will do the trick. From what I have seen already it might be just right. Already made 6 portions of the curry base sauce and am loking forward to using it in the weeks ahead. ;D

Take it easy and not too ambitious early on IMO is good advice
