Title: Aloo Gobi

I'm trying to find a recipe for Aloo Gobi as all of my attempts are nothing like the great BIR.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm a big fan of Aloo Gobi so thought I'd update.
I follow a traditional recipe such as Madhur Jaffrey's (http://www.cookingindex.com/recipes/61121/aloo-gobi-potatoes-and-cauliflower.htm) and simply add some curry base 5 mins from the end of cooking as the traditional recipe is quite dry.
