Title: Anyone from Derby ??

Hi

my name is Jim & I currently live in Cyprus but I am moving back to my home town of Derby at the beginning of April.

I was wondering if there is a curry "expert / chef" that has anytime / lives in the area & wants to give me a few lessons on knocking up a curry.

I will supply the pay for the ingredients etc (& the beer) if you can give me a few lessons

If you're supplying the beer, I'm tempted to come all the way to Derby myself!  ;)
