Hey guys,
Im going to make a Chilli masala soon but i was wandering what is the best kind of chicken to use ( i was thinking thighs ) do i need to marinade it and most importantly and how do i cook it ?

Best bet is to use breast cut into big chunks then marinade it in any of the recipes here (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?board=74.0)
I tend to use Cory Ander's Chicken Tikka recipe, its spot on!
