First of all, hello.

....really looking forward to contributing (what I can!) and learning much from the obvious curry cooking masters on here.

I make a mean Thai green curry but want to learn more about cooking authentic Indian curry recipes and this looks like the place to learn. I'm getting hungry just writing about it!

If you're interested in cooking authentic British Indian Restaurant (BIR) curries, then you have come to the right place 8)
