Hi everyone,

I'm Jay, 28 from Essex. Always loved cooking but just recently getting more adventurous.

A big thank you to all of you for sharing your knowledge and tried/tested recipes with us mere mortals. I look forward to trying some of them out and will let you know how I get on!
