greetings and nice looking forum, looking forward to knocking up some tasty bits from the recipes...

anyone got something special using beef .. nothing too hot  :-\

and I need the secret to the Makon chicken  :P

Welcome to the forum curry_up; I'm sure someone will be able to oblige (I have never heard of "Makon Chicken" myself)

it's just chicken makhani or butter chicken if I'm not mistaken, which I just might be!

yes buttered chicken but called Makon in my local curry house.. my favourite and thanks for the link
