Does anyone have any excellent Marinade recipes prior to making chicken madras. My local Restaurant marinades the chicken in some sort of spicey mix prior to cooking. They wont let me know the secret , but it's bloody dam good

Hi Foxyman,
I just precook my chicken in oil with base gravy and turmeric.
