Title: Chicken Tikka Garam Masala

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you have a recipe for the amaaaazing Chicken Tikka Garam Masala recipe from Indian Restraunt Speciality section. If you dont know what it is the description goes a bit like this - Tender chicken prepared tikka style and cooked in a garlic butter and a blend of warm spices. Best served medium to hot strength.

This curry is my favourite and I cant seem to find a recipe anywhere. Anybody care to make my day?

I have never personally seen it but, from your description, you could just try a chicken tikka masala recipe (from here: http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?board=63.0 (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?board=63.0)) and fry garlic in butter (instead of oil) and add garam masala along with (or in place of some of) the spice mix?

Yeh I might give that a go. I'm here in Scotland maybe its not seen many other places. However there are a good 10 restraunts in my area who do it so I'm hoping to get a recipe. Fingers crossed.

If I dont then i'll be slaving on the stove for a good while lol
