Hi everyone,
I am British and live in Germany and I like curries but I don't like the main dish curries you get in German Indian restaurants. Their starters are usually OK but when it comes to the main dish then it is too different to the British Indian Restaurant style for my consumption. I have been told by my friends that I make good curries but I yearn to be able to create the best of the British Indian Restaurant style curries. I would like to be able to recreate the tastes I am familiar with like the Ceylon, Madras, Vindaloo curries etc.. I can get all the spices I need and the equipment, including the tableware, but the British Indian Restaurant taste has eluded me for many years. I hope this forum will have the solution for me.
